Appointed as a Distinguished Industry Speaker, IEEE Signal Processing Society

Akihiko Sugiyama （Project Researcher）, a.k.a. The expense will be fully covered by the IEEE Signal Processing Society. Distinguished Industry Speaker, like Distinguished Lecturer, is an award discussed at and appointed by the Awards Board, Signal Processing Society, and five scientists/engineers are appointed every year with a two-year term.
