The following paper is received the Student Presentation Award at DEIM 2018.
Classifying Community QA Questions That Contain an Image Kenta TAMAKI (Waseda Univ.), Riku TOGASHI, Sumio FUJITA, Sosuke KATO (Waseda Univ.), Hideyuki MAEDA, and Tetsuya SAKAI (Waseda Univ.)
The paper describes results of a joint research project with the Sakai lab at Waseda University. The study tackles the classification task of Yahoo! Chiebukuro (a Community Question Answering service by Yahoo! JAPAN) questions with an image using both text and image information. We continuously seek to collaborate with universities around the world in order to provide Yahoo! JAPAN services with technologies brought up by young talented students.
